Chaotic Card of the Week-January 7

This week's card is Skeletal Springs :).

This card is a really nifty and interesting counter to the Fluidmorphing decks out there. It's interesting because it powers up water attacks, but it also shuts down an ability that is centered around water. It's nifty because it it one of the only cards that powers up attacks of a certain element without lowering the damage from another elemental type attack. So if you are running a deck that uses both water and earth attacks, you wouldn't play Everrain, but Skeletal Springs would be a much better choice.

This card is a bit of a double edge sword though. Skeltal Springs gives any creature with the Water element Water 5, without lowering the damage of other attacks that your opponent might have. So if your opponent has the water element as well, both of you will both be on equal ground.

Rate out of 10 :).

It's a nice location. 37.2

7.5/10 (because it's only uncommon, but major points taken out because of how Initiative is granted, meaning it can only be used effectively with Overworlders)

When I first saw it when it came out I really thought it was ok since didnt know much about Fluidmorphing and stuff then since it was the day it just came...

But now I love it since I see more and more Fluidmorpher decks though it does help fluidmorphers deal more attack damage but stops the mugic counter gaining ability! which is nice...

I guess i'd rate it 8/10...

I'd give it a 5/10. The ow initiative is just too much to bear. with ow armies rampaging all over itd all I can do to win WITH initiative.

Ill give it a 6 since it can hurt you to i mean it doe'nt really matter if the other guy doe'nt have any mugic counters if all your creauters are in the discard pile. michaelnono

I'd give it a 9/10. It is a great card against fluidmorpher decks. And even though only Overworlders can gain the initiative, there is the possibility that neither you nor your opponent has overworld creatures in your decks. Also because it defeats fluidmorpher decks, which are abundent in chaotic right now, it has a great possibility of helping you rather than your opponent. The only downside to the card is if your opponent has kha'rall and if your opponent has overworld creatures when you don't.
